At 12 Parsecs Designs, your happiness is our priority. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy to give you confidence in every purchase.


Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To start a return, please contact us at deny@12parsecsdesigns.com. We’ll provide you with clear instructions for sending your package.
  • Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.


Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We cover the full cost to replace defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there’s an issue.
  • Items sent back without a prior exchange request will not be accepted.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Custom products (special orders and personalized items)
  • Gift cards and coupons
  • Clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
  • Digital download products
